At Pet-Tags, we want you and your pet to love your new accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused tags or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all protective films and attachments are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
