How long does shipping take?
Since each tag is custom-made, please allow 2-3 business days for production. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express options are available at checkout.
Can I return a personalized tag?
Because our tags are custom-engraved with your unique details, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Please double-check your spelling before ordering.
